About the role
- Handling accounts payable processes including invoice processing, three-way matching, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with suppliers/vendors and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting month-end and year-end close activities
- Generating and analyzing accounting reports
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensuring financial and inventory controls are followed
- Working within a shared services or large finance team environment
Requirements
- Solid understanding of accounts payable processes ( invoice processing, three-way matching, reconciliations)
- Experience with supplier/vendor coordination and handling discrepancies.
- Ability to support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Proficiency with finance/accounting systems (e.g., Oracle or similar ERP).
- Ability to follow structured reporting and compliance timelines.
- Prior exposure to balance sheet reconciliations.
- Experience generating and analyzing accounting-related reports.
- Familiarity with financial and inventory controls.
- Specific system expertise in Oracle (can be trained if general ERP knowledge exists).
- Prior experience in a shared services or large finance team environment.
