About the role
- Answer calls from customers regarding the status of their claim.
- Provide help and support to garages that have subscribed to our HD+ platform.
- Maintain and update our list of garages.
- Perform market research on new garages and aim for the ones with enhanced features.
- Liaise with Product, Business Development and Claims teams to enhance HD+ platform features.
- Manage community of Premier League and Registered garages.
- Promote Premier League garages to insured customers in need and follow up to gain insights.
- Have targets regarding the onboarding of partnered and registered garages in the platform.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Team player and creative thinker.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Tech-savvy.
- Business-oriented.
