• Answer calls from customers regarding the status of their claim.
• Provide help and support to garages that have subscribed to our HD+ platform.
• Maintain and update our list of garages.
• Perform market research on new garages and aim for the ones with enhanced features.
• Liaise with Product, Business Development and Claims teams to enhance HD+ platform features.
• Manage community of Premier League and Registered garages.
• Promote Premier League garages to insured customers in need and follow up to gain insights.
• Have targets regarding the onboarding of partnered and registered garages in the platform.

• Own product design across web and mobile, turning insights into end-to-end user experiences.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant, practical solutions.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to support consistency and scale.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design quality from concept through to release.
