• Function as a mediator between the partners and the company for any matters that may arise.
• Assist brokers with system/process issues
• Process changes requests after issuance (endorsements, cancellations, BM changes)
• Coordinate with the Product Team regarding any platform issues that may occur.
• Facilitates renewal processes with brokers
• Provide policy copies, certificates and proof of insurance at the client’s requests
• Handle the Broker’s portal administration.
• Provide support via phone call for any inquiries regarding policies from customers
