About the role

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the company’s business objectives and target markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the HR tech and global payments/payroll sectors.
  • Develop and execute branding initiatives that differentiate products and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Drive lead generation and nurture leads using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos) aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Plan, organize, and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences; coordinate with sales and product teams for follow-up.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics; prepare regular reports and use data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and manage external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS or HR tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of global payments and payroll solutions is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with international markets and global marketing strategies (preferred).
  • Multilingual abilities (preferred).
