About the role

  • Drive the modernization and strategic execution of our Data and Analytics platform.
  • Lead the end-to-end solution implementation, technical governance, and delivery oversight across our modern data stack.
  • Act as the Lead Architect and technical owner for the end-to-end solution design of the modern data stack.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex data integration strategies.
  • Drive the technical strategy for the platform by unifying Data and BI architecture into a cohesive implementation.
  • Define and enforce the overarching technical governance strategy.
  • Provide hands-on senior guidance to the data engineering team.
  • Translate strategic business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and BI solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead Solution Architect, designing enterprise-level solutions for cloud-native platforms.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise with Oracle ERP systems (Oracle Fusion/Cloud or EBS) and understanding of their underlying data structures.
  • Expert-level SQL proficiency and deep understanding of modern data modeling techniques (e.g., dimensional modeling, Data Vault).
  • Proven ability to manage technical project delivery and coordinate external vendor resources.
