• Support in managing existing retail partners and marketplace platforms
• Assist with maintaining and updating product data (copy, images, specifications, EANs, prices, availability)
• Support assortment and listing management on marketplaces (similar to the Amazon model)
• Analyze sales data and sell-through figures by retailer/platform
• Support communication with retail partners (product information, updates, new releases)
• Work on optimizing product presentations (PDPs) and brand presence on marketplaces
• Support onboarding and testing of new platforms
• Research and identify new retail and B2B partners (online & brick-and-mortar, national and international)
• Conduct structured outreach to potential retail partners (e.g., email, LinkedIn, phone) in close coordination

Content Manager

• Accompany HEIMPLANET team members on trips and capture shared experiences in photo and video
• Execute internal photography and videography projects
• Process and prepare content for YouTube, social media, or the online shop
• Work closely with and coordinate alongside the marketing team
