• Unterstützung bei der Betreuung bestehender Handelspartner und Marktplatz-Plattformen

• Unterstützung im Sortiments- und Listungsmanagement auf Marktplätzen (ähnlich Amazon-Modell)

Financial Planning and Analysis

• You will assist with the preparation of bookkeeping and gain insights into accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• You will help monitor and reconcile payment transactions and perform account reconciliations, ensuring smooth financial processes.
• You will review and process travel and credit card expense reports and learn the underlying financial procedures.
• You will organize and manage digital documents and support efforts to make our administrative processes more efficient.
• You will take on a variety of organizational tasks in office management and support the team with day-to-day operations.
• You will contribute to projects for digitizing and optimizing our finance processes and are encouraged to bring your own ideas.
• Depending on your interest and experience, you may also support financial analyses, reporting, and other exciting finance projects.

Working Student, Finance & Office Management

• Planning, designing and optimizing the digital customer experience in the online store with consideration of marketing objectives
• Operational management of the online store
• This includes product and master data maintenance, creation of landing pages, order monitoring and processing, and inventory overview
• Identification and implementation of relevant trends, tools and technologies in e-commerce
• Analysis of performance data (e.g. traffic, conversion, AOV, retention) and preparation of monthly reports as a basis for data-driven decisions
• Collaboration with Marketing, Social Media and Product Development to effectively execute campaigns, launches and seasonal themes digitally
• Regular coordination with Customer Support to continuously improve the customer experience
