About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle for PQLs, SQLs, and MQLs in the private market, from early conversations through to closed-won
  • Tailor message and motion to fit needs of GPs in private practice to specialists and clinic owners
  • Run high-velocity outreach, demos, follow-ups, and pilots
  • Partner with marketing, customer success, and product to tighten feedback loops
  • Improve tools, assets, and processes for scalability while staying hands-on
  • Become a trusted voice in serving the private healthcare space

Requirements

  • Early in your sales career with ownership, work ethic, and commercial instinct
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, customer success/ops, or other high-volume, high-autonomy environments
  • Highly curious and prepared to get close to customers
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and learning fast
  • Naturally curious and sharp on details
  • Confident on the phone, consultative seller, comfortable talking to clinicians, operators, and decision-makers
  • Bonus: Have sold to private medical providers or understand UK private healthcare
  • Bonus: Experience in a PLG environment and know how to work PQLs
  • Bonus: Have used HubSpot, PostHog, Clay, Trumpet or similar tools
