About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle from product-qualified leads through to conversion and onboarding.
  • Convert individual GP product users into team-wide rollouts and paid plans.
  • Run calls, emails, demos, and experiments to drive adoption.
  • Understand GP workflows and tailor messaging for solo GPs, practice managers and PCNs.
  • Use HubSpot, Notion, PostHog, and other tools to track and improve conversion.
  • Suggest improvements to sales and onboarding flows.
  • Partner with product, clinical, and customer success teams to flag blockers and close feedback loops.
  • Operate in a high-volume, iterative environment with autonomy to test and learn.

Requirements

  • Early in sales/growth career with high ownership and drive.
  • Experience in sales development, inside sales, recruitment, customer success, or similar roles involving people, persistence, and persuasion.
  • Energised by a high-volume, high-velocity environment with ambiguity.
  • Fast learner, adaptable, detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and handling objections.
  • Desire to build something that changes how healthcare works.
  • Bonus: experience in health tech or familiarity with the UK GP landscape.
  • Bonus: experience in product-led companies and navigating product-qualified leads (PQLs).
  • Bonus: experience using HubSpot, PostHog, or similar tools.
