• Ensure written support (responding to emails, 90% of requests) and verbal support (answering phone calls) for Heetch France users (both drivers and passengers) and continuously work to improve their satisfaction.
• Help provide the best possible experience to our users by responding with kindness and supporting them at every step.

• Maintenance and repair of charging stations
• You will travel for on-site interventions in Paris to diagnose and repair our battery swap/charging stations
• You will locate, test and understand faults — then restore service
• On-site electrical work
• You will assist with the installation of new stations at our partners' sites
• Contribute to structuring and improving processes
