About the role
- Lead strategy and execution of cross-platform campaigns driving impressions and marketplace adoption
- Develop channel plans and content calendars aligned to reach and traffic goals
- Create and publish platform-native social content in collaboration with PHM’s creative team
- Translate product updates, research, and partnerships into coordinated marketing moments
- Grow and engage PHM’s social community
- Build and maintain a practical cross-channel performance dashboard
- Conduct regular performance analysis and identify opportunities to improve reach and conversion
- Partner with the Creator & Talent Partnerships Lead to amplify traffic-driving collaborations
- Support email marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record developing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong content strategy and calendaring experience; hands-on social media management required
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create compelling, platform-native content
- Strong digital marketing analytics fluency; comfortable building dashboards and translating data into decisions
- Experience collaborating closely with creative and design teams
- Experience with email marketing strategy and execution preferred
- Familiarity with using AI tools to support marketing strategy, content creation, and performance analysis preferred
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-moving environment
- Passion for mission-driven work
