About the role
- Own and execute B2C demand generation strategy across paid digital and unpaid channels
- Plan, launch, optimise, and scale PPC campaigns (e.g. Google Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others as relevant
- Develop and grow a high‑performing affiliate marketing programme, managing partners, networks, and performance
- Continuously analyse performance and optimise campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively in a high‑growth environment
- Test, learn, and iterate - A/B testing creatives, landing pages, audiences, and messaging
- Work closely with brand, product, data, and commercial teams to align acquisition activity with wider business goals
- Grow customer lifetime value with suitable initiatives/ programmes in collaboration with Product and other functions
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and platforms as required
- Keep up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practice in B2C growth marketing
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ of hands‑on experience in B2C demand generation within a start‑up or scale‑up environment
- Strong practical experience managing paid media including:
- - PPC / Search
- - Paid social
- - Affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition channels while maintaining efficiency
- Highly data‑driven, comfortable analysing performance and making insight‑led decisions
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting performance
- Comfortable working at pace, with ambiguity, and evolving priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
