About the role

  • Own and execute B2C demand generation strategy across paid digital and unpaid channels
  • Plan, launch, optimise, and scale PPC campaigns (e.g. Google Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others as relevant
  • Develop and grow a high‑performing affiliate marketing programme, managing partners, networks, and performance
  • Continuously analyse performance and optimise campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively in a high‑growth environment
  • Test, learn, and iterate - A/B testing creatives, landing pages, audiences, and messaging
  • Work closely with brand, product, data, and commercial teams to align acquisition activity with wider business goals
  • Grow customer lifetime value with suitable initiatives/ programmes in collaboration with Product and other functions
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, and platforms as required
  • Keep up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practice in B2C growth marketing

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ of hands‑on experience in B2C demand generation within a start‑up or scale‑up environment
  • Strong practical experience managing paid media including:
  • - PPC / Search
  • - Paid social
  • - Affiliate marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisition channels while maintaining efficiency
  • Highly data‑driven, comfortable analysing performance and making insight‑led decisions
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting performance
  • Comfortable working at pace, with ambiguity, and evolving priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
