Chief Marketing Officer

• Support the planning, building and execution of scalable B2B marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline growth and client engagement.
• Execute and optimise B2B campaigns to drive measurable commercial outcomes, including pipeline contribution, lead quality and account engagement.
• Create and optimise workflows, email campaigns, landing pages and reporting dashboards within HealthHero’s HubSpot marketing platform.
• Develop and update client-facing materials such as pitch decks, brochures, case studies and in-life communications.
• Support go-to-market activity for new product and service launches by creating campaign assets and client-facing materials.
• Work closely with Sales, Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure campaigns and content are aligned and commercially focused.
• Create and update website pages and digital content to support campaigns, ensuring on-brand messaging and SEO optimisation.
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of webinars, client events and thought leadership activities to drive awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Work with external agencies and partners as required to support campaign delivery.

Senior B2B Marketing Executive

• For the main part of the role, carrying out Initial Clinical Assessments/Triage of client needs, leading to appropriate clinical pathways, delivering a range of support in our Pathway, which involves Booked Assessment Appointments, In The Moment Support or Booked Single Sessions via telephone and/or video calls.
• Carrying out Risk Assessments and following the Safeguarding and Risk Protocol process.
• Managing a caseload of clients requiring Structured Counselling, which will depend on your contractual hours, as well as the needs of the service.
• Writing brief, accurate and concise clinical notes, of all interactions.
• Integrated into our Support Line Team.

Counsellor

Operations

• Provide care through assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge or referral of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed injury/illness or acute exacerbation of existing conditions.
• Work as an autonomous practitioner providing clinical assessment, diagnosis (where possible), and treatment (where appropriate) for adult and paediatric patients in Primary Care Centres and during remote consultations.
• Accurately triage and prioritise patients, eliciting history including past medical and drug history.
• Undertake home visits to patients unable to travel, supported with a fully equipped medical car and driver.
• Refer patients to alternative care settings where appropriate.
• Support the Care Coordination Service from the regional Head Office.
• Support triage of calls via the NHS111 pathway during core daytime surgery opening hours.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and access senior clinician support remotely during shifts.

Advanced/Enhanced Clinical Practitioner

• Triage patients into self-management, virtual face-to-face, or face-to-face pathways
• Assess, diagnose and manage musculoskeletal problems within the scope of the role
• Role suited to clinicians with 2–5 years post-qualification; evening availability required
