Managing the scope, schedule, budget, execution and delivery of client implementation projects and company-wide project initiatives
Working directly with clients and/or vendor partners to ensure projects are implemented within contractual obligations and established timelines
Providing regular status reports to all stakeholders (customer and internal) to accurately communicate project progress including risks, issues, and required adjustments to the plan
Participating in project governance process ensuring sponsor and leadership alignment
Delivering customer and business value
Developing and communicating expectations and success measures with the team and partners
Contributing to internal process and standards improvement initiatives
Requirements
Expertise in project management with excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to gain trust and influence across stakeholders including engineering teams, business teams, and client support teams
Proven success working in a complex environment requiring critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Track record of successfully driving cross-team projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to critically and independently think through business problems; identify goals, dependencies, and gaps; and efficiently facilitate the execution of tasks through to completion
Strong customer service and relationship building skills
Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously
Strong Microsoft suite experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio)
Experience using project management software solutions (e.g. Azure DevOps (ADO) and / or Smartsheet)
1+ years of project management experience
