- Leading or supporting change management
- Assisting departments with Union and Non-Union staffing functions
- Providing departments with Labour and Employee Relations issues
- Developing HR strategies and streamlining processes
- Participating or leading special HR projects
Requirements
- 1-2 years professional experience in HR, preferably in a large unionized setting
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is an asset
- Bachelor of Commerce degree (HR Stream) preferred or related field with HR Management certificate
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand French is strongly preferred
