About the role
- Develop, implement and evaluate a provincial workplace wellbeing strategy
- Manage operations within the Provincial Wellbeing Program
- Collaborate with leadership on wellbeing initiatives and policies
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Foster a culture of wellbeing and psychological safety within organizations
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience working in the healthcare delivery system and/or in a directly related role
- 2 years managerial experience
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or other related healthcare discipline preferred
- Certification in related field
- Strong clinical knowledge of mental health interventions
- Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven ability to build and lead teams in changing working environments
