About the role
- Responsible for safe and effective clinical health services delivery and facility operations.
- Engage in providing leadership to staff to achieve operational priorities.
- Ensure strong communication pathways between onsite staff, scheduling, and managers.
- Reassign staff or request services for patient care.
- Manage emergency situations and support staff well-being.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise work of outside contractors as required.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of leadership experience in a patient/resident/client care setting.
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline from an accredited post-secondary education institution is required.
- Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
