About the role

  • Responsible for safe and effective clinical health services delivery and facility operations.
  • Engage in providing leadership to staff to achieve operational priorities.
  • Ensure strong communication pathways between onsite staff, scheduling, and managers.
  • Reassign staff or request services for patient care.
  • Manage emergency situations and support staff well-being.
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise work of outside contractors as required.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of leadership experience in a patient/resident/client care setting.
  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline from an accredited post-secondary education institution is required.
  • Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
