About the role

  • Oversee the direction and coordination of IP services provincially
  • Manage the IP Hub staff to ensure safe, effective and efficient delivery of health services
  • Ensure accountability and advancement of the strategic plan and identified deliverables across all IP spoke sites in the province
  • Ensure satellite sites are connected to the spoke to ensure regional accessibility to these services
  • Collaborate with the IP Medical Lead and other leads to develop and operationalize an IP centralized intake process
  • Coordinate and maintain staff training and education across the province
  • Inspire and lead health services staff to embrace and adopt integrated, patient/resident/client-centered care pathways and service delivery models
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a patient/resident/client care setting
  • Minimum 3 years of direct clinical services delivery experience in mental health and addictions
  • Experience leading and coordinating projects including planning, budgeting and tracking and developing detailed work plans, budgets and schedules
  • Knowledge related to development of standardized procedures, clinical guidelines and policy work
  • Experience in evaluation and report writing
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline (nursing preferred) from an accredited education institution
  • Master’s degree is considered to be an asset
  • Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate
