About the role
- Oversee the direction and coordination of IP services provincially
- Manage the IP Hub staff to ensure safe, effective and efficient delivery of health services
- Ensure accountability and advancement of the strategic plan and identified deliverables across all IP spoke sites in the province
- Ensure satellite sites are connected to the spoke to ensure regional accessibility to these services
- Collaborate with the IP Medical Lead and other leads to develop and operationalize an IP centralized intake process
- Coordinate and maintain staff training and education across the province
- Inspire and lead health services staff to embrace and adopt integrated, patient/resident/client-centered care pathways and service delivery models
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators
Requirements
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a patient/resident/client care setting
- Minimum 3 years of direct clinical services delivery experience in mental health and addictions
- Experience leading and coordinating projects including planning, budgeting and tracking and developing detailed work plans, budgets and schedules
- Knowledge related to development of standardized procedures, clinical guidelines and policy work
- Experience in evaluation and report writing
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline (nursing preferred) from an accredited education institution
- Master’s degree is considered to be an asset
- Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate
