About the role
- Managing, planning and implementing block of existing national accounts to meet specified targets and service accounts to meet corporate and divisional sales/renewal objectives.
- Working closely with the assigned strategic account executive as the primary project manager to develop tactical plans and execute the account strategy developed by the assigned strategic account executive.
- Working on larger complex national group accounts and acting as point of contact for client issues, coordinating client meetings, and responsible for training.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 2 years experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field OR 6 years experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field.
- State General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license or obtain General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license within required time frame per state regulations.
- Experience with presenting in front of a small audience.
- Experience leading a team on a task or project.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Project management skills including workflow and resource allocation.
