💰 £65,000 - £70,000 per year

About the role

  • Embedding yourself into our existing accounts. Identifying cross selling opportunities and ensuring maximum revenue from these accounts.
  • Prospecting for new accounts, following up on leads and setting up meetings with key decision makers.
  • Managing end to end sales of Melios services to a range of customers across corporate and employers, PMIs, brokers, Health Cash Plan and OH providers.
  • Developing tenders and proposals.
  • Demonstrating how Melios services meets the needs of customers through understanding pain points, challenges and opportunities.
  • Be the point of contact for your accounts and escalation or queries or concerns as appropriate.
  • Attendance at business and industry network events, conferences and forums to promote Melios and our services securing leads and opportunities.
  • Understanding industry market trends and identifying opportunities for continued growth.

Requirements

  • Track record of sales (ideally within healthcare, healthtech or similar industry)
  • Passion for making a difference for people with mental health difficulties and neurodiverse conditions
  • Experience of selling into corporate, employers and ideally PMI, HCP and brokers understanding sales and procurement cycles, budget timeframes etc
  • Strong account management experience
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous use of Hubspot (desirable)

  • A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children
  • Although a remote based role, travel will be required to meet with customers, attend events etc.
