- Deep expertise in human-centered design and design research methodologies
- Strong creative leadership with experience shaping brand identity
- Ability to integrate design strategy with business objectives
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Passion for mental health and creating meaningful user experiences
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field
