  • The Account Executive, New York City, is responsible for leading and managing daily operations of the field to achieve business goals. As the Account Executive, duties include overseeing the Beauty Educator, and Retail Account Coordinator team, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing performance, preparing and delivering performance evaluations and documentation, actively recruiting and interviewing, and ensuring regulatory and company values are upheld.
  • To be successful as an Account Executive, you must have passion for people, be a creative thinker and a dynamic leader. You must must be able to recruit, lead, and manage teams, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets. A top-notch Account Executive should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the New York City, NY market
  • Minimum of 2 years managing Beauty Field Sales employees
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
