Risk

• Support the Senior Management team to ensure all services are legally registered within the statutory and regulatory frameworks
• Provide a coordinated approach to the analysis of incidents, complaints, and performance metrics
• Provide leadership for the facility to ensure a patient focused quality governance agenda is defined
• Responsible for ensuring that quality and risk management is embedded throughout the hospital
• Support the Quality and Facility Matrons with complaint investigations

• Work with the Lead Technician for Patient Services and the Lead Pharmacist(s) for Haematology & Oncology across all aspects of the core pharmacy operations
• Involved in the continuous service and professional development, audit and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide training, education and mentorship to Pharmacy Technicians, Assistants and Pre-registration Trainee Pharmacy Technicians (PTPT’s)
