About the role
- Commission, maintain and repair HBK LDS vibration test systems in line with company procedures
- Conduct fault finding and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Plan and organise customer visits based on the service schedule
- Document all work performed through visit reports and CRM updates
- Provide post sales support to customers, helping resolve technical issues and ensuring a positive HBK experience
- Collaborate closely with UK and European team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical/apprenticeship experience
- Ability to understand or willingness to learn mechanical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- IT-literate: Word, Excel, email, CRM systems
- Clean driving record
- Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
- Experience with vibration systems or prior field service work is an advantage
