About the role
- Act as the operational backbone of global Operations recruitment process
- Manage inbound applications from candidates interested in becoming operators at live sporting events
- Review applications, communicate with candidates, and guide them through each stage of the process
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with hiring managers and regional operations leads
- Ensure candidate pipelines are organised, and data is accurate within the Applicant Tracking System, Ashby
- Identify inefficiencies in the hiring workflow, introduce small automations, improve candidate communications, and help scale the process during peak seasonal hiring periods
- Help the team prepare for peak hiring windows and ensure handling of higher application volumes smoothly
Requirements
- Highly organised
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Experience supporting recruitment processes, high-volume hiring, or working with an Applicant Tracking System such as Ashby would be beneficial
- Curiosity and attention to detail are important
