About the role
- Integrate cutting-edge ML features into HawkAI analysis products
- Run ML models on live streams of tracking data
- Design algorithms to turn ML outputs into actionable insights
- Develop and deploy machine learning models with focus on real-time performance
- Build cloud and containerised systems for deployment at scale
- Develop CI/CD and production pipelines to maintain robust software practices
- Collaborate with product managers, data stakeholders and engineers across teams
- Work with data teams to collect, store, and curate training data
- Streamline ML operations and performance pipelines
- Lead R&D initiatives and keep the team up to date with industry trends
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions
- Own solutions end-to-end, from design through to production
- Ship clean, well-structured code and contribute to architectural decisions
Requirements
- Mid-Senior level (expected seniority)
- Strong Python programming fundamentals
- PyTorch
- Docker and containerised deployments
- Linux & Windows 10 development experience
- GIT, GitHub and collaborative software development
- Experience integrating deep learning models into production and real-time systems
- Building cloud and containerised systems for deployment at scale
- Developing CI/CD and production pipelines
- Running ML models on live streams of tracking data
- Designing algorithms to turn ML outputs into actionable insights
- Mentoring junior engineers and leading technical discussions
- AWS (S3, SageMaker, Lambdas) (nice-to-have)
- MLOps, CI/CD processes (nice-to-have)
- PyTorch-Ignite (nice-to-have)
- TypeScript & Semantic UI React (nice-to-have)
- SSH and secure deployment workflows (nice-to-have)
- JIRA & Confluence (bonus)
- ClearML (bonus)
