Conduct pre-game system checks and promptly resolve any issues
Liaise daily with Supervisors, Coordinators, and Leads across projects
Communicate remotely with external clients and NBA/G-League, NFL, or NHL personnel via Slack
Monitor live operations and ensure nightly data quality
Assist operators in providing real-time, quality data to MLB and NBA
Support investigations related to live data quality
Report and troubleshoot hardware, software, or operational issues impacting data delivery
Proactively flag and escalate issues that could prevent delivery of live data to league personnel
Be prepared to work nights, weekends, and federal holidays during seasons
Requirements
A solid technical foundation
The ability to professionally and approachably liaise and communicate with clients (via written English)
Strong logical problem-solving abilities
Proactive and capable of taking initiative
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to remain focused in a high-pressure, live sports environment
Flexibility and adaptability to a schedule dictated by game schedules, including nights, weekends, and federal holidays
Previous experience operating Hawk-Eye systems (preferred)
Experience using the Windows ecosystem and knowledge of networking principles (preferred)
A keen interest in sports (preferred)
Background in Data Analytics or Sports Analytics (preferred)
Currently pursuing or holding a degree with a technical focus (science, technology, graphics, mathematics, or engineering) or equivalent relevant experience (preferred)
Must live in or be within commutable distance to Atlanta, GA
