Data Scientist

• Lead complex analytical studies using advanced statistical methods, causal inference, and experimental design
• Develop and deploy real-time analytics solutions and automated insight generation systems
• Build sophisticated attribution models, customer lifetime value predictions, and behavioral analytics frameworks
• Implement advanced feature engineering, dimensionality reduction, and data transformation pipelines
• Design and execute large-scale A/B tests and multivariate experiments with statistical rigor
• Create proprietary algorithms and models that provide unique business value and competitive differentiation
• Identify, evaluate, and implement high-impact AI use cases and oversee AI solution deployment and integration
• Monitor and optimize performance of implemented AI systems and measure performance and ROI of AI initiatives for executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with C-level executives to develop business cases for ML investments and integrate AI into decision-making frameworks
• Develop AI ethics guidelines, bias detection frameworks, and responsible AI practices
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable, robust, and secure deployment of ML models in production environments
• Establish and maintain best practices for data governance, ensuring data quality, security, and privacy across AI initiatives
• Lead and mentor data scientists, AI engineers, and data analysts and drive organizational AI literacy and adoption through training and workshops
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning and implement change management strategies to facilitate AI adoption
