• Design user-centric, visually appealing, and accessible interfaces for mobile applications, following Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design
• Translate complex backend and AI functionality into intuitive user experiences
• Identify and solve UX challenges through creative, scalable, and data-informed design solutions
• Create and present interactive prototypes to developers and stakeholders to ensure design intent is implemented accurately

• Plan and execute B2B demand and lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, outbound sequences, partnerships, and selected events

• Work closely with Sales to support enterprise and mid-market outbound campaigns and vertical-specific outreach

Quality Assurance Engineer

Product Manager

• Develop and drive a clear product strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Run product discovery and translate insights into hypotheses, PRDs, and experiments.
• Own the product backlog for your area: craft problem statements, write user stories and prioritize with data.
• Continuously deliver user-facing value through iterative releases: plan sprints, scope features, remove blockers, and partner tightly with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Skin Science department.
• Define the roadmap as “bets” with explicit hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics; keep it aligned with company OKRs.
• Experiment at speed: design A/B tests and pilots, use feature flags, analyze uplift, and socialize learnings across the company.
• Partner with customers & GTM: validate problems, support discovery with key accounts, refine pricing/packaging signals, and prep release notes & enablement.
• Work with our scientists/dermatology advisors to align features with skin-science rigor and on-brand experiences.
• Documentation & comms: write crisp PRDs, decision logs, and change communications; keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or others).

Account Executive

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing, focusing on B2B clients in beauty and retail
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing our AI skin analysis technology
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and data-driven strategies
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with European cosmetics brands and beauty retailers
• Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that maximize both client value and company revenue
• Collaborate with our technical team to customize solutions for enterprise clients
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new business opportunities

Account Manager

• Develop and execute the overall Customer Success strategy, aligned with company goals and growth targets
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the work of a team of 3 Customer Success Managers, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Build scalable processes, playbooks, workflows, and best practices to drive customer satisfaction
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, and lifecycle management across all customer segments
