QA Engineer

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality
• Review requirement specifications and provide timely, meaningful feedback
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to clarify requirements and align on testing goals
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.

Quality Assurance Engineer

Product Manager

• Develop and drive a clear product strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Run product discovery and translate insights into hypotheses, PRDs, and experiments.
• Own the product backlog for your area: craft problem statements, write user stories and prioritize with data.
• Continuously deliver user-facing value through iterative releases: plan sprints, scope features, remove blockers, and partner tightly with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Skin Science department.
• Define the roadmap as “bets” with explicit hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics; keep it aligned with company OKRs.
• Experiment at speed: design A/B tests and pilots, use feature flags, analyze uplift, and socialize learnings across the company.
• Partner with customers & GTM: validate problems, support discovery with key accounts, refine pricing/packaging signals, and prep release notes & enablement.
• Work with our scientists/dermatology advisors to align features with skin-science rigor and on-brand experiences.
• Documentation & comms: write crisp PRDs, decision logs, and change communications; keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or others).

Account Executive

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing, focusing on B2B clients in beauty and retail
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing our AI skin analysis technology
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and data-driven strategies
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with European cosmetics brands and beauty retailers
• Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that maximize both client value and company revenue
• Collaborate with our technical team to customize solutions for enterprise clients
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
• Provide feedback to product development based on client needs and market demands
• Represent Haut.ai at industry conferences and networking events

Account Manager

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, needs, and challenges
• Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process
• Regularly check in with customers to monitor their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
• Provide ongoing training and support to our customers

Customer Success Manager

• Develop and execute the overall Customer Success strategy, aligned with company goals and growth targets
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the work of a team of 3 Customer Success Managers, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Build scalable processes, playbooks, workflows, and best practices to drive customer satisfaction
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, and lifecycle management across all customer segments
• Monitor customer health, engagement, and performance metrics, ensuring proactive intervention when needed
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure the customer perspective informs product roadmaps and commercial strategy.
• Engage with key strategic accounts, providing executive-level support and guidance.
• Identify opportunities for upsell, expansion, and long-term growth.
• Implement tools and frameworks that enable operational excellence within the Customer Success team.
