About the role
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer workflows, data structures, integrations, data flows and goals, then translate them into solution designs on Hatch.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape solution architectures, integrations and features that make our platform easier to adopt and scale
- Design and build customer integrations using low code tools.
- Build custom reports and dashboards (e.g., in Sheets, BI tools, or SQL) that surface performance, ROI and opportunities for optimization
- Partner with GTM teams as the technical and product expert throughout the implementation and post go-live operation.
Requirements
- ~5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Implementation Engineer or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Proven success supporting enterprise implementations at a B2B SaaS company
- Technical and data-savvy, comfortable working with/troubleshooting APIs, data flows, webhooks and product configurations; you use performance data and customer metrics to inform your recommendations
- Conversant in Javascript and SQL, as well as low code tools like Zapier
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Growth mindset, curious and coachable
- Eager to contribute to our knowledge base with new processes, playbooks, integration frameworks and best practices
- Great communication skills with business and technical audiences.
