About the role
- Lead and develop strong agency partnerships across an assigned territory.
- Deliver hands-on underwriting support within your authority.
- Support 60–100 independent agencies.
- Deliver training to agency personnel on quoting, submissions, and Hastings products.
- Monitor agency productivity and loss performance; recommend actions to optimize results.
- Analyze territory performance data and prepare marketing reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 years in Property & Casualty insurance
- Strong focus on Commercial Lines and agency-facing roles
- CIC, CPCU, or other professional designations preferred
- Deep knowledge of underwriting, rating, and agency management
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet our fleet safety standards
