HASI

• Serve as a key member of the accounting team, responsible for the preparation of tax workpapers and review of corporate and partnership tax returns
• Preparation of the quarterly and annual tax provision, inclusive of related tax disclosures
• Review of investee tax returns and taxable income allocations for the company’s portfolio of equity method investments
• Assist in preparing current year estimates of taxable income and long-term taxable income forecasts
• Assist in preparing recurrent tax-related projects, including our state nexus study and Section 382 analysis
• Conduct tax research and monitor changes in tax laws and regulations impacting the company
• Collaborate with various internal departments and external tax advisors to execute key responsibilities and ensure timely tax compliance and reporting
