Analyst

• Support transactions through the entire lifecycle working closely with a transaction lead, from initial qualification and bidding to conversion and due diligence, and ultimately through the documentation and closing process. Be proactive to advance tasks and workstreams through the transaction cycle.
• Build and manage financial models, including underlying project operating proformas, to analyze and structure investments and evaluate associated risks. Build and manage portfolio models, incorporating underlying project/partnership models. Work closely with internal colleagues supporting all facets of investment execution, from initial qualification evaluation, term sheet development, internal investment proposal, due diligence, and documentation closing.
• Undertake an initial transaction assessment within the parameters of the Credit Team’s investment goals and communicate with the transaction lead to help determine an investment recommendation. Execute tasks that are part of a work plan to pursue the transaction and help obtain a mandate from the client.
• Perform key due diligence tasks for investments including summarizing terms in underlying project agreements such as service contracts, construction agreements, and financing agreements. Perform credit analysis on transaction counterparties and communicate findings to transaction lead so that these can be incorporated into transaction structure and documentation recommendations.
• Monitor and coordinate with transaction lead on communications with external stakeholders including clients, transaction counsel, and leverage partners.
• Support the process of identifying and executing with leverage partners for transactions, including assisting to organize and support the documentation process, facilitating due diligence requests, supporting the closing process, and overseeing the financial model.
• Work closely with the members of the Portfolio Management team to share transaction knowledge to assist in commercial decision making relating to post closing activities. Support the servicing of assets including modifications and consents in coordination with transaction lead.
• Collaborate with the Risk Management team to communicate the risk considerations and associated mitigants for both specific transactions and broadly for the portfolio.

Senior Analyst – Asset-Based Lending

• Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities for automation, system optimization, reporting, and data-driven improvements across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, compliance, and reporting.
• Evaluate, select, implement, and optimize HRIS and related HR technology platforms, including systems supporting applicant tracking, payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee data management.
• Serve as a key internal lead for HR systems strategy, vendor selection, implementation planning, change management, user adoption, and ongoing system administration and enhancement.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and talent processes across the organization, helping to build scalable and effective talent practices through HR technology, reporting, analytics, and process optimization.
• Partner with HR leadership to provide market data, analytics, HRIS capabilities, and reporting that enable competency frameworks, career architecture, job leveling, and compensation benchmarking practices to support fair, competitive, and business-aligned talent decisions.
• Design, implement, and facilitate robust training programs for managers and employees, including people-management training, workplace expectations, policy education, and other professional development initiatives.
• Draft, maintain, and improve employee handbooks, policies, procedures, and related communications to ensure they are compliant, practical, and accessible to employees.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver workforce analytics, organization insights, and data to support organizational effectiveness, team development, performance management, workforce planning, and other people matters.

Paralegal

• Own organization-wide implementation and utilization of legal contract lifecycle management software, including both repository management and workflow administration, along with any related integrations, to streamline legal department efficiency and effective records management.
• Own the management and optimization of legal e-billing software, along with outside counsel engagement, evaluation and matter/timekeeper administration.
• Own the entity formation and registration maintenance process across a complex multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional corporate footprint.
• Own the management of the UCC database, including preparing and filing UCC financing statements, amendments, and related documentation.
• Support in-house counsel on corporate, financing, and project-related transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector.

Security Engineer

• Define, execute, and maintain HASI’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and target security architecture.
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and technical controls aligned to NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure cybersecurity is embedded into enterprise architecture, infrastructure design, cloud platforms, and technology initiatives from inception.
• Provide regular, risk-based reporting on cybersecurity posture, control maturity, and emerging threats to executive leadership.
• Serve as a hands-on security leader, actively configuring, implementing, and tuning security technologies and controls.
