Support and potentially own a lightweight data governance program by defining and documenting key business terms
Maintain a simple data catalog
Ensure core metrics are well understood and implemented across the organization
Build and maintain operational and data quality reporting on business systems
Write SQL to build and maintain operational datasets and reports
Identify data anomalies and help diagnose root causes
Partner with business system owners to improve data reliability and observability
Monitor data quality and system health through automated checks

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a data, analytics, business analysis, or similar role
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational data
Experience building reports or datasets from business systems (e.g., CRM, marketing, finance tools)
Curiosity about how data flows through systems and identifying issues
Clear written communication skills for documenting definitions and processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment
