About the role
- Drive the growth and success of AI solutions within the legal and professional services markets
- Establish and grow relationships with mid-sized law firms and corporate clients
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to contracting, onboarding, and renewals
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct tailored client evaluations including product demonstrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape solutions to meet customer needs
- Develop the sales playbook to enable scaling
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling complex software solutions
- Excited about prospecting, and capable of independently leading a sales cycle from start to finish
- Ability to independently manage a pipeline and consistently maintain CRM hygiene
- Ability to lead a complex sale with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated passion for Harvey’s mission and strong understanding of AI applications
- Team player who can collaborate effectively across internal functions
- Experience working in or adjacent to the Legal industry a plus but not required
