About the role
- Own GTM planning processes, including revenue target setting, capacity and quota planning, and resource allocation across segments and regions
- Lead structured analysis on high-priority GTM strategy questions, such as coverage models, segmentation, funnel efficiency, etc.
- Build and maintain planning models (e.g., capacity, productivity, scenario analyses) that translate GTM strategy into executable plans
- Drive cross-functional planning initiatives by defining problem statements, structuring analysis, and delivering clear recommendations
- Develop executive-ready narratives, presentations, and dashboards that synthesize complex data into clear insights and decision points
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience owning GTM planning, capacity modeling, or strategic analysis in a sales-led organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions and work with incomplete data
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, strong judgment, and data-backed recommendations
- Experience operating autonomously as a senior IC, owning projects end-to-end without people management
