About the role

  • Operationalize and manage Harvey’s strategic law school relationships and ensure partner success
  • Define the strategic vision for Harvey’s law school program, including success metrics, KPIs, branding and marketing strategies
  • Define entry and support strategy for serving academic institutions globally and tailor strategy by market/geography
  • Own day-to-day relationship with law school partners as single point of contact across enablement and success
  • Drive and manage training, support operations, and academic programming to ensure schools deploy Harvey to further academic missions
  • Coordinate across Sales, Solution Engineering, Enablement, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to meet partner needs and maintain internal alignment

Requirements

  • JD or equivalent experience in a legal education setting
  • 7+ years of professional experience in partnerships, consulting, operations, or sales
  • Proven ability to develop strong executive relationships within complex organizations
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—can influence without authority and drive urgency with empathy
