• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with the capabilities, capacity, and geographic footprint of Hartzell’s company-owned MRO network.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new MRO service opportunities within assigned territory.
• Drive overhaul, repair, exchange, and USM business into the most appropriate Hartzell-owned shop based on location, product, and workload.
• Manage a portfolio of operators, MROs, and regional customers within assigned territory.
• Actively prospect new customers while expanding share of wallet with existing accounts.
• Coordinate quoting, induction planning, and service execution in close collaboration with internal sales, support, materials, and operations teams.
• Identify and route USM opportunities that support overhaul, exchange, and turnaround activity.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional operators, service centers, and channel partners.
• Represent Hartzell at regional trade shows, customer events, and industry events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with materials, operations, engineering, and account service teams to ensure successful opportunity execution.
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand patterns.

MRO Sales Manager

• Identify, pursue, and secure large fleet, government, and high-value strategic accounts for MRO services
• Drive incremental overhaul, repair, exchange, and USM business into Hartzell company-owned repair stations
• Own and manage key fleet and strategic customer relationships from initial engagement through contract execution
• Develop customized commercial proposals, including pricing structures, turnaround expectations, and service programs
• Identify, acquire, and direct USM opportunities to support overhaul and exchange activity within company-owned MROs
• Maintain strong relationships with operators, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Identify and pursue government and defense-related MRO opportunities
• Represent Hartzell at industry trade shows and strategic customer events
• Track competitive landscape, customer trends, and pricing dynamics

• Monitor, analyze, and improve product quality through inspections, testing, and data review.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
• Support and maintain compliance with FAA, OEM, ISO, and internal quality standards.
• Develop, update, and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and process controls.
• Lead internal audits and support external audits from regulatory bodies or customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance quality performance.
• Assist with supplier quality activities, including evaluations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department.
