About the role
- Responsible for visiting existing customers regularly
- Building commercial relationships with prospects
- Implementing strategy and achieving objectives
- Working closely with Sales Specialists to win business
- Developing and executing strategic plans for profitable growth
- Knowing products and their uses, and the competitive environment
- Discussing information on competitors and market openings with the Business Unit Director
- Participating in offer/conditions development until closing
Requirements
- Higher education in science and/or business
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- A network within the field of "Medical Devices" is strongly preferred
- Advanced and robust analytical skills
- Numerically strong
- Excellent reporting skills (Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Strong commercial insight
- Flexible, energetic and results-oriented
- Strength of conviction and the ability to gain buy-in
- Real entrepreneurial mindset
- Commercially smart and communicative
- Goal and indicator driven
- Committed and reliable with a sense of initiative
- Excellent language skills in Dutch and good command of English
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Very good presentation and training skills
- Recognizes high performance, customer-oriented, and a passionate team player.
