About the role

  • Issue purchase orders for vendors, verify vendor invoices, and process payment for approved invoices
  • Prepare customer billing statements, post receivable payments, and record adjustments
  • Manage corporate and employees credit card spending accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and general ledger entries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
  • Assist in preparation of supporting schedules for monthly financial statements
  • Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in accounting or a related business field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
