About the role
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the EMEA region, achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to position Handshake as a trusted partner.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and verticals, collaborating closely with the US team for global expansion opportunities.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring a consultative approach that aligns with clients' needs.
- Contribute to the evolution of sales strategies, providing insights and feedback to refine our go-to-market approach and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in revenue-facing roles within marketplaces, platforms, job boards, or B2B SaaS, with a preference for HR Tech.
- Proven track record of selling products similar to LinkedIn, Indeed, or recruitment networks, with demonstrated success in start-up or scale-up environments.
- Experience in selling to mid-market and enterprise clients, showcasing internal progression and a builder mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with clarity and confidence in articulating value propositions and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Motivation to thrive in an evolving GTM environment, with a willingness to engage in outbound prospecting and iterate on sales processes.
- Experience running complex deal cycles with ambiguity and creatively solving problems.
- Past exposure to marketplaces, job boards, or recruitment networks, enhancing your industry knowledge.
- Previous experience in start-up or scale-up environments, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
