About the role
- Facilitate physical skills training for Mandt 3.0.
- Facilitate physical skills training for CPR/FA/AED.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records.
- Obtain or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Plan, organize, facilitate, and order supplies for training events.
- Work effectively as a team member with members of Area Management and the L&D team.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Experience operating in a training role with hands-on instructor experience
- Current Mandt 3.0 RCT Instructor certification required
- Current American Red Cross CPR/FA/AED Instructor certification preferred
