• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from engaging and attracting candidates to managing the offer process.
• Provide new employees with a positive onboarding experience.
• Keep HRIS updated with changes as well as any other systems or areas that need updating due to changes.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records, and documentation.
• Attend and participate in career fairs and outreach events.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources and Training departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Learning and Development

• Facilitate physical skills training for Mandt 3.0.
• Facilitate physical skills training for CPR/FA/AED.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records.
• Obtain or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
• Plan, organize, facilitate, and order supplies for training events.
• Work effectively as a team member with members of Area Management and the L&D team.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Learning and Development Specialist

Frontend Engineer

• Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life.
• Assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a community setting.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging atmosphere for the people we support.
• Provide services to address the wants and needs of people with developmental disabilities, which may include supporting personal goals and facilitating activities.
• Engage participation in recreation, social, and skill-building activities.
• Transport individuals to appointments, community outings, or other destinations.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.
• Reinforce therapies, including speech, behavioral support, and physical therapy.
• Administer medications and other medical treatment as delegated by an HOH nurse.
• Maintain knowledge of each person’s specialized needs and ensure documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
