Sales Development Rep

• You will work closely with the founder and AEs to iterate quickly on messaging, targeting, and process.
• Own outbound pipeline generation across email, LinkedIn, calls, and events.
• Research and prioritize target accounts in industries adopting voice agents (BFSI, healthcare, travel, retail, logistics, etc.).
• Identify key stakeholders (VP Eng, Head of AI, Product, Contact Center leaders, Security/Compliance) and map orgs.
• Personalize outreach using technical and business context (how voice agents fail, why reliability matters, and what Hamming fixes).
• Qualify inbound leads quickly and route or convert them into meetings with clear next steps.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene: activity logging, lead status updates, sequences, meeting notes, and handoff context.
• Provide tight feedback loops to sales and engineering on objections, positioning, and competitor mentions.
• Consistently hit weekly/monthly targets for meetings set, qualified opportunities, and pipeline created.

Sales Development Representative

Full-stack Engineer

• Own product features end-to-end: spec → prototype → ship → iterate, across frontend and backend.
• Work closely with customers: onboard new accounts, run weekly check-ins, and act as a high-agency partner to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Build core customer workflows for voice-agent QA: test creation, scenario management, evaluation results, analytics, debugging, and triage.
• Turn messy, high-dimensional data (calls, transcripts, tool events, traces, eval outputs) into product experiences that are obvious and actionable.
• Partner with customers to understand their reliability pain, then translate it into shipped product with measurable outcomes.
• Tighten the product loop: instrumentation, funnels, and feedback so we know what’s working and what’s not.
• Maintain high engineering velocity while keeping craftsmanship: clean APIs, strong abstractions, and excellent UI polish.

Product Engineer

Account Executive

• Own a territory or named-account list and deliver new ARR against quarterly targets.
• Run full-cycle sales: pipeline creation (with SDR support), discovery, demos, technical validation, pricing, negotiation, close, and expansion.
• Lead multi-threaded sales cycles across engineering, product, AI/ML, contact center ops, and security/compliance.
• Translate technical product value into quantified business outcomes (lower defect rates, fewer escalations, reduced incident frequency, faster release velocity, and higher task success rate).
• Drive structured evaluations and pilots: define success criteria, timeline, stakeholders, and decision process; ensure crisp next steps.
• Navigate security, privacy, and procurement requirements (SOC 2, DPAs, BAAs where relevant, data retention, region pinning, and access controls) in partnership with internal teams.
• Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: pipeline accuracy, forecasting, deal notes, mutual action plans, and next-step discipline.
• Provide tight feedback loops to product and engineering based on prospect objections, competitive context, and pilot learnings.
• Partner with customer success post-close to ensure a clean handoff and identify expansion opportunities.

Backend Engineer

• Own core services in TypeScript/Node.js and Python that orchestrate LiveKit, Temporal, STT/TTS, and LLM tooling for real-time voice agents.
• Scale 1 → N → 100×: take what works today and harden it for 10K parallel calls with 99.99% uptime. Turn human playbooks into productized systems.
• Harden pipelines for ingestion, evaluation, and analytics so telephony events, recordings, and outcomes propagate reliably across services.
• Level-up observability: deepen OpenTelemetry/SigNoz and trace-first practices to shrink mean-time-to-truth in prod.
• Prototype → test → prod: partner with product to ship new LLM-driven behaviors with clear success metrics, guardrails, and regressions blocked in CI.
• Infrastructure readiness: CI/CD, environment automation, incident response playbooks—customer conversations stay online.

Senior/Staff Backend Engineer

• Write code (TypeScript, Python, or both) alongside your team.
• Review architecture and PRs - guide decisions without micromanaging.
• Help define sprint priorities and keep roadmaps tight and realistic.
• Pair with engineers when things break - not just to fix them, but to make sure they don’t break again.
• Run post-mortems that actually lead to better systems, not longer docs.
• Evaluate new tech (LLMs, infra tools, observability stacks) and decide what’s worth bringing in.
