About the role
- The Field Service Technician will perform repairs and maintenance of Hamilton Medical ventilation products in a field service capacity in support of the Missouri, Arkansas, East Tennessee territory.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: New equipment installation.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair Hamilton equipment.
- Report problems and perform root cause analysis on instrument failures.
- Sales are a vital part of this position.
Requirements
- Associate degree required in Electronics, Biomedical Electronics Technology, or certificate from accredited electronics school or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Previous hospital, bio-medical, or field service experience and basic understanding of ventilation is preferred.
- Basic understanding of ventilation is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to interface and communicate well with customers.
- Ability to train non-technical personnel on highly technical material.
- Ability and willingness to work in a safety conscious manner.
