• The aim of this thesis is to examine the technical, organizational and regulatory prerequisites for integrating Agentic AI and chatbot systems into a tax-regulatory software environment.
• You will analyze which compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, banking supervisory regulations) must be met to ensure the secure use of AI in the financial services environment.
• You will also evaluate different operational and licensing models for AI systems — from commercial offerings to building in-house AI solutions.
• Your work will provide a sound basis for decision-making regarding the long-term AI strategy in the product context.
