About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design the visual identity of Halvotec and its subsidiaries
- Develop and implement web layouts in WordPress
- Ensure all print materials are technically sound and compliant with brand standards
- Adhere to the corporate design and develop visual concepts for branding, campaigns, and events
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, People & Culture, business units)
- Organize tasks in Monday.com with a focus on deadlines and feedback loops
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of practical experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
- Familiarity with print materials and their technical specifications
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and web design
- Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach
- Professional handling of feedback and strong organizational skills under high workload
- Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects) or AI-assisted design tools is a plus
