About the role
- As a Business Development Executive, you will drive business growth and ensure customer success within your designated territory.
- You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets.
- This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, focusing on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction within the dairy industry.
- You will prioritize daily efforts that optimize growth performance and drive value for your customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, sharing field insights to ensure Halter’s technology meets the needs of farmers.
- Your contributions will directly support Halter’s mission to support 50% of the world's habitable landmass to be more productive and sustainable.
- Lead Halter’s expansion in the Manawatu market by equipping farms with Halter technology.
Requirements
- A deep passion for helping farmers succeed. Experience in farm systems or within the agricultural sector.
- A hunter. Someone who is driven to exceed goals in a sales role. Experience in growing new business, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Passion and enthusiastic people. Attitude and potential are extremely important to us.
- A phenomenal attitude and a team player with the ability to consistently overcome challenges.
- A Hunter with a never-say-never attitude.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment with a high degree of autonomy.
