About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring our systems are operating efficiently
  • Resolving technical issues quickly
  • Helping to refine and improve the reliability of our hardware across our customer network
  • Oversee the upkeep and repair of Halter’s infrastructure
  • Diagnose any issues with our hardware and feed this information back to the relevant team
  • Provide critical on-site support during farm deployments if needed
  • Collaborate with all of the Halter teams to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Practical, hands-on experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting is a must!
  • Go-Getter Attitude: A proactive approach, with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on and figure things out on the go.
  • Handiness: Practical skills and resourcefulness, with the ability to handle a wide range of tasks even without specific technical training.
  • Time management skills: Ability to manage your own time so that tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Team-Oriented Approach: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different locations.
  • Commitment to Excellence: A dedication to providing the highest quality service, ensuring that Halter’s infrastructure is always operating at its best.
  • Willingness to travel: Spontaneous & planned travel will be included in this role. You might be 3 or 4 days on the road per week. You may also be 3 nights away from home per week.
