About the role

  • Support the maintenance and performance of Halter’s on-farm hardware infrastructure.
  • Ensure our systems are operating efficiently and resolving technical issues quickly.
  • Help to refine and improve the reliability of our hardware across our customer network.
  • Maintain and upgrade infrastructure and deploy new equipment on-farm when required.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.
  • Collaborate with hardware, product, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • Practical, hands-on experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting is a must!
  • Go-Getter Attitude: A proactive approach, with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on and figure things out on the go.
  • Handiness: Practical skills and resourcefulness, with the ability to handle a wide range of tasks even without specific technical training.
  • Time management skills: Ability to manage your own time so that tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Team-Oriented Approach: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different locations.
