Create clear, structured, and professional documentation for ~30 different R&D solutions in a production environment
Participate in team meetings and listen to how artists and engineers describe their experience using each tool
Turn input into one-page summaries for an executive audience
Help produce a summary document that includes a structured comparison across all tools, such as a table or heat map
Embed in day-to-day conversations and transform those discussions directly into written documentation
Navigate technical and artistic discussions, ask questions when something is unclear, and work with both engineers and creatives without needing constant direction
Follow discussions to identify what matters and capture it clearly and accurately
Not expected to test the tools yourself
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in technical writing or equivalent documentation roles
Knowledge of AI tooling
Comfortable using documentation tools and formats such as Word, Markdown, Google Docs, Confluence, and simple diagramming software
Proven ability to work closely with engineers and creative professionals to gather accurate input
Strong initiative, able to identify documentation needs, suggest structure, and improve existing materials
Excellent attention to consistency, tone, and formatting using templates or style systems
Self-motivated and organized, capable of planning and managing deadlines with minimal oversight
Familiarity with creative production workflows preferred
Experience producing structured comparison visuals (tables, heat maps) a plus
Writing samples required demonstrating ability to document tools, workflows, or technical concepts for mixed audiences
