About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact, building trust and credibility through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Understand client business goals and align HALO’s solutions to support their success.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including upsell opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting to demonstrate program value and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of client programs.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of sales incentive and recognition programs.
- Monitor and report on program performance, leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination for program enhancements and issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoices, reporting, and customer service support.
- Champion process improvements to enhance client experience and internal efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data feeds, platform configuration, billing, and reporting.
- Provide feedback on product enhancements based on client needs and industry trends.
- Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the Sr. Strategic Account Manager.
Requirements
- 7+ years in account management, client services, or program management, ideally with experience managing large, complex client relationships.
- Experience in employee recognition, sales incentives, or loyalty programs is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, and formula creation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Power BI.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
