About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building trust and credibility through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Understand client business goals and align HALO’s solutions to support their success.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including upsell opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting to demonstrate program value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of client programs.
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of sales incentive and recognition programs.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination for program enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoices, reporting, and customer service support.
  • Champion process improvements to enhance client experience and internal efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data feeds, platform configuration, billing, and reporting.
  • Provide feedback on product enhancements based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the Sr. Strategic Account Manager.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in account management, client services, or program management, ideally with experience managing large, complex client relationships.
  • Experience in employee recognition, sales incentives, or loyalty programs is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, and formula creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Power BI.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
